Tigrinyaመዝሙር ዳዊት 20

¹እግዚኣብሄር ብመዓልቲ ጸበባ ይስማዕካ፣ ስም ኣምላኽ ያእቆብ ልዕል የብልካ።

²ካብ መቕደስ ረዲኤት ይስደደልካ፣ ካብ ጽዮን ከኣ ይደግፍካ።

³ንመስዋእቲ ብልዕኻ ዘበለ ይዘክሮ፣ ንመስዋእቲ ምሕራርካውን ይቀበሎ።

⁴ነቲ ልብኻ ዚምነዮ ይሀብካ፣ ንምኽርኻ ዘበለውን ይፈጽሞ።

⁵ብምንጋፍካ እልል ንብል፣ ንሰንደቕ ዕላማውን ብስም ኣምላኽና ነልዕሎ፣

⁶ንቕቡእ እግዚኣብሄር ከም ዜድሕኖ፣ ሕጂ ፈለጥኩ፣ ብናይ እታ የማነይቲ ሓይሊ ምድሓን ካብ ቅድስቲ ሰማዩ ኺመልሰሉ እዩ።

⁷ገሊኣቶም ብሰረገላታት ገሊኣቶምውን በፍራስ ይእመኑ፣ ንሕና ግና ንስም እግዚኣብሄር ኣምላኽና ኽንዝክሮ ኢና።

⁸ንሳቶም ደኒኖም ወዲቖም፣ ንሕና ግና ደልዲልና ንቐውም።

⁹ዎ እግዚኣብሄር፣ ንንጉስ ኣድሕኖ፣ በታ እንጠርዓላ መዓልቲ ይስምዓና።

Amharicመዝሙረ ዳዊት 20

¹በመከራ ቀን እግዚአብሔር ይስማህ፤ የያዕቆብ አምላክ ስም ያቁምህ።

²ከመቅደሱ ረድኤትን ይላክልህ፥ ከጽዮንም ያጥናህ።

³ቍርባንህን ሁሉ ያስብልህ፤ የሚቃጠል መሥዋዕትህን ያለምልምልህ።

⁴እንደ ልብህ ይስጥህ ፈቃድህንም ሁሉ ይፈጽምልህ።

⁵በማዳንህ ደስ ይለናል፤ በአምላካችን ስም ከፍ ከፍ እንላለን፤ ልመናህን ሁሉ እግዚአብሔር ይፈጽምልህ።

⁶እግዚአብሔር የቀባውን እንዳዳነው ዛሬ አወቅሁ፤ ከሰማይ መቅደሱ ይመልስለታል፤ በቀኙ ብርታት ማዳን።

⁷እነዚያ በሰረገላ እነዚያም በፈረስ ይታመናሉ፤ እኛ ግን በአምላካችን በእግዚአብሔር ስም ከፍ ከፍ እንላለን።

⁸እነርሱ ተሰነካክለው ወደቁ፤ እኛ ግን ተነሣን፥ ጸንተንም ቆምን።

⁹አቤቱ፥ ንጉሥን አድነው፥ በጠራንህም ቀን ስማን።

EnglishPsalms 20

¹May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.

²May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.

³May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings.

⁴May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.

⁵May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the Lord grant all your requests.

⁶Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.

⁷Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

⁸They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm.

⁹Lord, give victory to the king! Answer us when we call!
